To put food on the table, he operated heavy machinery, never letting on to the other guys about his acclaimed first work and string of lackluster efforts after.
Then finally, one foot in the grave, after a lifetime of bad sequels to the original magnum opus, he was recognized for his heart-wrenching memoir entitled Flash in the Pan.
